Hard to believe that less than 1 week ago we rang in a new year. Karen and I stuck around the homestead (playing it safe!) and enjoyed just spending time together. We took the last couple of months off to get our batteries recharged and to spend some time together over Christmas and New Years. It was a much needed break but we are looking forward to getting back to the traveling and ministering. In addition to the music I have been asked to do alot of preaching as well in the upcoming year, which I never turn down! We are also preparing music for our next cd, hoping to be in the studio sometime this spring!
A special prayer request: Our great friends Tom and Tami Walker are in need of your prayers. Tami had surgery on Monday to remove a tumor and is still in some pain. They did find some cancer and so in the next couple of weeks she will be undergoing chemo treatments to make sure that the cancer has been stopped. Please remember Tami and Tom in your thoughts and prayers in the days ahead.
